Outside of getting wonderful orange-ish red colors in the fall, this Blackgum also produces a reddish growth in spring and summer.  Being tolerant of many different challenging soil conditions, along with possessing a medium growth size, the Wildfire Sweetgum stands out as a valuable landscape tree.
